What we do
At the heart of our offer is the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. This programme develops the core skills every business needs — from communication and IT proficiency to problem solving and project support. Learners gain a nationally recognised qualification while building confidence and experience in the workplace.
But we know every business and every learner is different. That is why we take the core apprenticeship and adapt it through our sector pathways, so the training is directly relevant to your industry. Whether you are working in healthcare, finance, recruitment, sales, or engineering, the course is designed to prepare learners with both the essential business administration skills and the sector specific knowledge they need to thrive.
For learners, this means a pathway that builds confidence and opens doors to a lasting career. For employers, it means apprentices who are ready to make an immediate impact and grow with your organisation.
Sector Pathways
We know every sector has its own way of working, which is why our apprenticeships include pathways designed for different industries. Hatch currently supports:
- NHS and Healthcare – building strong administrative support for clinical teams
- Recruitment and HR – developing confident professionals to support hiring and workforce planning
- Automotive and Sales – training administrators to manage compliance, customer service, and operations
- Finance and Banking – equipping staff with knowledge of compliance, regulations, and client service
- Engineering and Manufacturing – preparing administrators to support technical processes, planning, and safety
